Acapop! Kids is Acappella group formed by the minds behind Pentatonix.

History[]

On May 2018, it was announce that the founders of Pentatonix was searching for young singers and beatboxer ages 6-14 all over the country, USA and Canada. The final process happen in four cities: LA, Dallas, NY and Miami, with 84 kids

On October 2019, Hoying started another a cappella group, with members who are aged 17 years or younger, calling the group Acapop! KIDS. Their first music video went up in October of that year, featuring a cover of “High Hopes” by Panic! at the Disco.

That video has racked up over 15 million views in less than three years. Other popular uploads from the group include their cover of “Shallow” by Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper, and a medley of “Bohemian Rhapsody” and “Somebody to Love” by Queen.

On January 2020, they performed on The Kelly Clarkson Show after success of Kelly Clarkson Medley. Through the pandemic they could not get together so they filmed short videos of music calling themselves Acapop! Minis.

On August 18, 2020, Nolan passed away in his sleep. In his memory, Acapop! KIDS put together a memorial video of Nolan's audition song, This City

In 2022, Acapop! Kids audition to American's Got Talent, honoring Nolan. The episode aired on July 12, 2022
